We think it's an excellent base for staying in Colwyn Bay. Staff and owner were all HELPFUL. The bed was good, as were the pillows. We liked the breakfast selections, it was excellent.

We would definitely recommend this property without hesitation and would consider staying here again. Everything there was fantastic, including facilities and views. Access to the astonishing beach, it was next to the hotel. Besides, welsh mountain zoo is 15 minutes' drive away. We liked customer service, it was friendly too.
